We can't begin to find the words to thank you all for the care you gave our mother over the last three years. We could not have asked for anything more that was not provided to us in her last few days. We thank you and we ask God to bless all of you!
Sincerely, The family of Jeanette Witkiewicz

Re: Rehab Short - Term Stay at VVCC
Hi Everyone,
We just wanted you to know Fred is doing great. Getting his strength back, still not walking very well, but he is trying hard. Thanks again for all you did for him while in your care. We miss seeing you.
Our Love to All, The Milins Family
Dear Valley View,
This note is to say thank you for the lovely service (Tree Planing ceremony) you had for our loved ones who passed away this past year. The plant is going to be a nice addition to your landscape. I can't express how much this meant to me. I felt I chose a perfect place for my Mom. Everyone is so kind and caring. This expression goes to show that you not only care for the patient, but for their family as well. Thank you again. Your truly, Francine Shivas Mary Elliot's Daughter
Dear Wendy (Our Director of Nursing),
There is no adequate expression I can offer of my deepest gratitude for the wonderful care I received during my recent stay at Valley View. From day one when you greeted my wife and me with such solicitude and kind understanding our of predicament, attending given to the most mundane of needs, to my final day on Friday last, I was treated to unforgettable, almost unimaginable cheerful loving care. And this from everyone whom I was blessed to meet and to be almost "coddled" by!
Please know that the three weeks I was privileged to spend at Valley View will remain with me as a cherished memory. Sue (Activities Director) was right on target when she suggested at our discharge conference that "karma" was at work throughout this time. Know, too, that whenever I have an opportunity to "sing the praises" of Valley view, I will do so whole-heartedly with warm memories of such excellent care.
Over the years, Wendy, I have formed a few cherished convictions. One of these is the absolutely essential value of "management" in any enterprise requiring the harmonious cooperation of all who are engaged in a common work. You have every right to go home each evening knowing what a superb job you have done to create and foster the magnificent spirit that pervades Valley View Care Center.
Please extend my utmost gratitude to all who have contributed so generously to my care.
Sincerely,
Donald J. Ryan
To all the staff: We all want to thank you for the excellent care you gave Joseph while he was there. He enjoyed it there. Thanks again. God Bless you all! Sincerely, The family of Joseph Nemshak

We are writing this letter just to let you know our appreciation at how you cared for Betty Trudeau both during her last days, as well as her two previous rehab stays. Everyone was kind and compassionate, not only to her, but to us, her family members, during this difficult period for us all.
It is with warm thoughts that we remember you all. Please know you have out eternal gratitute for allowing Betty a comfortable environment where she could peacefully exit our world and enter another.
With Warmest Gratitude,
The Family of Elizabeth "Betty" Trudeau
Dear Friends at Valley View Care Center,
What a lucky family we were to find a place at your Care Cener for our Dad, Eugene Hardin. We thank you so much for the wonderful end-of-life care you gave him and for the suport you gav us. Valley Viw is a tiny place with a great big heart, and we are appreciative of everything you did for Dad and for us.
The nurses were wonderful, all of them, and what a prize you have in Chef Wes! The aides were warm and loving and made us feel right at home. Special commendation to Cindy, the evening nurse, who expertise in terminal care was extremely reassuring to us. You were so patient with us, allowing us to hang out, sing to Dad, and stay late into the evening with him. Even the coffee was good!!! You provided the perfect environment for Dad and us to spend out last days together. The five of us who were with him- his three kids and his nephew and niece - will be forever grateful to all of you. We have been telling everyone what a treasure Valley View is and will continue to do so!
Sincerely,
Lynn, Mark, Sue, Bobby and Marion

To the Staff of VVCC,
My sister, brother and I would like to thank you for all the care and comfort that you provided to my father while he was there. Eventhough his stay wasn't all that long, everyone there helped us through a very difficult period with so much kindness and understanding.
